I stayed here with my partner at the start of November last year (2023), and from stepping into the front entry it was so quiet and clean. The reception people were lovely, the public spaces were open, roomy, and so clean, and having a nice coffee machine available 24/7 with actual decaf in there was a novelty for me! Our apartment was just that - an apartment. Sitting area, kitchen Liverpool slots and counter space, bedroom and bathroom, all spotless and really spacious. We used the gym as well, which did get a bit busy when 5 people were using it, but everyone was polite and the gym space was again very clean. I also used the free laundry room - after a day out in Birmingham during torrential rain I needed to dry my trainers as they were absolutely soaked through!

Stone through from train station and walkable distance or everything else. So convenient. The rooms are so quiet being in such a busy location. Staff and service great. Breakfast is delicious could not fault it. Having a few kitchen supplies was convenient for us as came back with food a few times.

We requested to change another one but the waiter refused and insisted they are fresh. She kept poker face for the rest of the time which made us feel very uncomfortable.
I contacted the Hyatt in Birmingham where they had booked in and asked for them to put a bottle of prosecco and chocolates on arrival in their room for when they checked in.
I went in and I had a problem cashing out on my account. And the quick service of the manager there she was so such a lovely lady in to resolving the matter quick. So friendly and polite. And a beautiful smile. Staff are absolutely friendly. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy yourself. With friends or family. As I went with my husband and we always have a great time.
There didn't seem to be much staff for a busy half term weekend either and needed better planning and yet this was in the evening so I dread to think what earlier in the day was like.
